John Lentine recently secured Youthful Offender Status and a time served unsupervised probation for a 19 year old client charged with Trafficking in heroin. Given the amount of herion involved the client was facing a mandatory life without parole sentence if he had been convicted as an adult. Mr. Lentine was able to convince the Court to grant his client Youthful Offender status and then to a sentence of time previously served and unsupervised probation.
