A client represented by John Lentine and Christopher Daniel pleaded guilty to felony murder in the 2014 killing of a Domino’s deliveryman was sentenced today to 20 years in prison.

The client was charged in the December 21, 2014 death of Najeh Masaeid during a robbery. The incident happened at The District at the Summit, an apartment complex in the popular shopping area off of U.S. 280. During the case it became clear that the client never intended to cause Mr. Maseid’s death and that a life sentence was excessive.

The client was facing the possibility of life in prison and was sentenced to twenty years. Excellent work by Mr. Lentine and Mr. Daniel.
