Today Wendell Sheffield and John Lentine appeared in Jefferson County District Court to ask that the firm’s client be allowed to exercise his constitutional right to a bond and that his personal property be returned to him. The District Court agreed with Mr. Sheffield and Mr. Lentine and the client was granted a bond and will soon be released from jail under electronic monitoring.
