On July 9th, 2018 Wendell Sheffield won a preliminary hearing in front of Judge Virginia Vinson resulting in capital murder charges being dismissed against the firm’s client. After several hours of cross-examination and multiple witnesses the Judge ordered the charges dismissed and the client immediately released from jail.
